Arizona MLS – Finding Subdivisions

Welcome back! Today we are learning how to search for and find subdivisions.  This tutorial will teach you how to find any subdivision in the Valley, using your Arizona Regional MLS search tool.

Using your Arizona MLS search tool and the mapping functions, you can select a special “overlay” to help you find subdivisions that you might be interested in.  This feature is very useful, when you know the areas of town that you like, yet you don’t exactly know what subdivisions are in the area.  Once you select this feature, it will show you all of the subdivision boundaries that are on record.
