Specifically, the median list price of homes for sale in Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona have increase by almost 27% from the first quarter of last year to the first quarter of this year. The increase in listing prices here in Arizona are due in large part to the current shortage of homes available for sale. With increased buying activity and less homes available, prices are quickly increasing. Now is a great time for homeowners to sell if they have been waiting for price increases.
